Launch of the Pilgrims Services Program

The Pilgrims Services Program was officially launched on Tuesday, 23 Ramadan 1440 AH, as a cornerstone initiative of Saudi Vision 2030.

This program aims to deliver a transformative experience for pilgrims, meeting their expectations and ensuring they perform their rituals with utmost ease and comfort.

It brings together over 30 government entities, working collaboratively on more than 130 initiatives, guided by a comprehensive plan that reviewed 192 touchpoints along the pilgrims' journey.
