We are a specialized scientific entity that emerged from the heart of Umm Al-Qura University. As a non-profit research institute located in the heart of Makkah, we focus on studying and analyzing the administrative, economic, and regulatory aspects of the Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah systems. Our aim is to develop and promote well-researched ideas through collective expertise, offering diverse and mature advice to decision-makers in the government, private, and charitable sectors.
